Colinda Bub: Holistic Nurse and Ayurvedic Practitioner

Colinda is a registered nurse, having graduated in 2018. She deepened her expertise in 2019 by completing a comprehensive 600-hour program in "Nutrition and Lifestyle Consulting According to Ayurveda" at Ayurveda Source, under the guidance of Alex Duncan. This training is recognized by Ayurveda France and Dr. David Frawley, ensuring a solid foundation in Ayurvedic principles.

In 2022, Colinda furthered her qualifications by becoming certified as an "Abyangam Practitioner" through Kandeepan Joythimayananda at Sana Ayurvedic Production, allowing her to offer personalized Ayurvedic bodywork.
